Subscription and cancellation policy

If you choose a subscription at checkout, Avenvale will automatically renew and charge the payment method on file at the price and interval shown before you place the order, including applicable taxes and shipping. Current delivery choices for Avenvale Lymphatic Support Drops are every 4, 8, or 12 weeks, with the discount displayed at checkout. Your chosen interval and price are confirmed with your order.

Manage or cancel

You can change, pause, skip, or cancel a subscription through your customer account or by using our contact form. Include the name and email used for the order and your order number so we can find your subscription. There is no minimum number of renewals.

To avoid the next charge, cancel or make changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. A request received after that point may apply to the following cycle if the current order has entered processing. We will confirm a cancellation once it is completed; no further renewals will be charged after the effective cancellation date.

Orders and refunds

An order processed before cancellation may still be shipped. Refund requests are handled under our 90-day Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order already charged.
